Brighton with nearby Hove in East Sussex has always provided the great escape for the people of London along with millions of others who just love this resort and all the attractions that it has to offer. We are all familiar with the famous veteran car run from London to Brighton immortalised in the film Genevieve, but you can take in many other events of a similar nature, from speed trials to power boat racing, paintball, greyhound racing, clay shooting, the marina and fishing trips the list is endless. Of course only a few minutes away from the bustling city centre you are in the magnificent Sussex countryside where the rolling South Downs are great for walking and cycling.
